Minimum Wage Rates 2024/25. The 2024 nlw rate is £11.44, a 10 per cent increase in cash terms on the 2023 nlw (£10.42). The federal minimum wage for tipped workers is $2.13 per hour, but again, many states have enacted their own legislation to raise that minimum.
